/&gt;海鳗鱼是身带很多刺，要对纹路切 ，要不然切断了刺就麻烦了！&lt;br /&gt;泷泷外婆常常为她存货，给她煮粥清血 。&lt;br /&gt;我本身也很爱吃炸鳗鱼，配粥配饭也好吃。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;这个是我妈去鱼刺鱼骨 none;"&gt;这道香茅黄姜炒鸡香香辣辣的，配饭很好吃。。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;材料：&lt;br /&gt;鸡肉 500克， 切中块&lt;br /&gt;香茅 两支， 用刀背拍一拍&lt;br /&gt;小红葱 5粒&lt;br /&gt;Belacan 1cm&lt;br /&gt;小辣椒 4条&lt;br /&gt;黄姜粉 1 1/2 茶匙&lt;br /&gt;水50毫升&lt;br /&gt;油两汤匙&lt;br /&gt;盐一茶匙&lt;br /&gt;糖半茶匙&lt;br /&gt;*小红葱，小辣椒及Belacan先用石舂盅烂，再加入黄姜粉搅匀成为香料糊。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法：&lt;br /&gt;热油锅，下香料糊炒香，炒干一点再加入香茅和鸡肉，兜匀。&lt;br &lt;br /&gt;还好我的泷泷很捧场，吃了很多。 &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材料：&lt;br /&gt;芋头250克&lt;br /&gt;白糖100克&lt;br /&gt;薯粉50克&lt;br /&gt;水适量&lt;br /&gt;炸油适量&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法：&lt;br /&gt;芋头切小块，放入电饭煲加点水煮软。水不必盖过芋头，把电饭煲模式转去煮粥的就可以了。&lt;br /&gt;趁热加入白糖压烂。冷却后加入薯粉搅拌均匀。撮成像小汤圆的大小，备用。&lt;br /&gt;热油锅，放入芋头丸炸至金黄色。起锅前开大火把油逼出来。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;金瓜糕的做法大概跟芋头糕是一样的，只是把芋头换成金瓜而已。&lt;br /&gt;不过金瓜比较容易熟烂也比芋头多水，你就不必预先炒金瓜。 &lt;br /&gt;材料： &lt;br /&gt;1. 金瓜300克，切小块&lt;br /&gt;2. 水700克 （注意哦，水是用克算的）&lt;br /&gt;3. 沾米粉 200克 （过筛）&lt;br /&gt;4. 薯粉50克 （过筛）&lt;br /&gt;5. 鸡精1汤匙&lt;br /&gt;6. 胡椒粉1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;7. 盐1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;8. 蚝油1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;9. 麻油1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;10. 五香粉 1小撮&lt;br /&gt;11. 油 – 抹蒸盘 （10寸的）&lt;br /&gt;12. 芫茜适量 （你可以用青葱）&lt;br /&gt;13. 小葱油酥适量&lt;br /&gt;14. 虾米粉适量&lt;br /&gt;15. 红辣椒适量&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;先预备：&lt;br /&gt;小葱油酥：小葱8粒，切薄片。热油下锅，小小火炸至金黄色。（小小火才会炸到均匀的脆）&lt;br /&gt;虾米粉：虾米50克，洗净抹干水分。热油下锅，小小火炸至金黄色。放入搅拌器，打成碎碎的虾米粉。我比较喜欢虾米粉，又不怕虾米放久柴掉。如果你爱吃到虾米的感觉就可以省了打碎虾米的步骤。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;金瓜糕做法：&lt;br /&gt;把材料1到材料10混合成水状的面糊备用。&lt;br /&gt;这个时候你可以把蒸炉烧热备用。&lt;br /&gt;用不沾锅炒面糊，慢火一直炒到很粘稠 （真的很粘稠，粘到你要很用力的搅，不可以偷懒哦，要一直搅。）&lt;br /&gt;倒入抹了油的蒸盘，放入预热的蒸炉大火蒸50分钟。&lt;br /&gt;等到金瓜糕冷却后依序洒上虾米粉，小葱油酥，芫茜及红辣椒。&lt;br /&gt;切片，上桌！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: Star Kuali （我改了一点）&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材料：&lt;br /&gt;鸡腿肉　3支 （切小块）&lt;br /&gt;油 6汤匙&lt;br /&gt;小红葱 15粒 (盅烂成糊状)&lt;br /&gt;白蒜头 8 瓣(盅烂成糊状)&lt;br /&gt;豆瓣酱 1汤匙&lt;br /&gt;香菇 8朵，泡软切成四瓣&lt;br /&gt;清水800毫升&lt;br /&gt;椰糖60克&lt;br /&gt;盐1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法：&lt;br /&gt;要把小红葱跟白蒜头盅得变糊状。&lt;br /&gt;把油下锅烧热， 把搅烂的小红葱和白蒜头炒香。&lt;br /&gt;放豆瓣酱继续炒香到你看见油开始浮现在表面。&lt;br /&gt;鱿鱼 1只，洗净煎丝&lt;br /&gt;沙葛 400克， 去皮刨丝&lt;br /&gt;红萝卜 1条， 去皮刨丝&lt;br /&gt;香菇 2朵，浸泡后切薄片&lt;br /&gt;白蒜茸 2瓣&lt;br /&gt;胡椒粉 1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;蚝油 1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;水 一汤匙&lt;br /&gt;做法：&lt;br /&gt;用不沾锅把油烧热，加入鱿鱼丝爆香之后再放白蒜茸。&lt;br /&gt;放入沙葛丝，红萝卜丝及香菇片兜炒三分钟。&lt;br /&gt;加入胡椒粉，蚝油及水炒一下。&lt;br /&gt;我喜欢脆一点的，就没炒那么久。&lt;br /&gt;你可以焖久一点，如果你爱吃软一点的。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div &lt;br /&gt;白糖100 克&lt;br /&gt;红糖30克&lt;br /&gt;鸡蛋1 粒 （轻轻打散）&lt;br /&gt;面粉280 克 （筛过）&lt;br /&gt;可可粉20克（筛过）&lt;br /&gt;小梳打1茶匙（筛过）&lt;br /&gt;葡萄干 100克 （洗净，浸泡一个小时再稍微撕小块）&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法：&lt;br /&gt;糖5汤匙&lt;br /&gt;盐1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法：&lt;br /&gt;将虾米用电搅拌器搅细，拿出备用。不要搅太碎，这样没有口感。&lt;br /&gt;再将其他材料（除了香茅），加一汤匙油，放入电搅拌器搅碎。香茅不用搅，拍扁后就下锅和虾米香料一齐炒。&lt;br /&gt;将虾米和香料混合在一齐。 border-top: medium none;"&gt;4. 薯粉50克 （过筛）&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;5. 鸡精1汤匙&lt;br /&gt;6. 胡椒粉1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;7. 盐1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;8. 蚝油1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;9. 麻油1茶匙&lt;br /&gt;10. 五香粉 1小撮&lt;br /&gt;11. 油 – 抹蒸盘 （10寸的）&lt;br /&gt;12. 芫茜适量 （你可以用青葱）&lt;br /&gt;13. 小葱油酥适量&lt;br /&gt;14. 虾米粉适量&lt;br /&gt;15. 红辣椒适量&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;先预备：&lt;br /&gt;小葱油酥：小葱8粒，切薄片。热油下锅，小小火炸至金黄色。（小小火才会炸到均匀的脆）&lt;br /&gt;虾米粉：虾米50克，洗净抹干水分。热油下锅，小火炸至金黄色。放入搅拌器，打成碎碎的虾米粉。我比较喜欢虾米粉，又不怕虾米放久柴掉。如果你爱吃到虾米的感觉就可以省了打碎虾米的步骤。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;芋头糕做法：&lt;br /&gt;把材料2到材料10混合成水状的面糊备用。&lt;br /&gt;这个时候你可以把蒸炉烧热备用。&lt;br /&gt;用不沾锅（不放油）把芋头炒一下，在加点水焖大概三分钟。&lt;br /&gt;下面糊，慢火一直炒到很粘稠 （真的很粘稠，粘到你要很用力的搅，不可以偷懒哦，要一直搅。）&lt;br /&gt;倒入抹了油的蒸盘，放入预热的蒸炉大火蒸50分钟。&lt;br /&gt;等到芋头糕冷却后依序洒上虾米粉，小葱油酥，芫茜及红辣椒。&lt;br /&gt;切片，上桌！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*要等到芋头糕冷却后才可以切，要不然很难切。&lt;br /&gt;*要是牙签插入芋头糕还会粘粘的就是还没熟透。不用怕，还有得救的，放回蒸炉再蒸一下。&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;材料：面团一分，80克&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;牛油一小茶匙&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Prego 意大利番茄酱，两汤匙&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Mozzarella Cheese 100克&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;洋葱一粒，切丝&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;香肠一条，切小块&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;蘑菇六粒，切片&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;做法：烤箱200度，预热备用。面团压扁一点，铺在搽了油的烤盘上。在面皮上层抹一点牛油后才搽上Prego 意大利面番茄酱，铺上洋葱，香肠及蘑菇，随后均匀的铺上Mozzarella （抹面包用）&lt;br /&gt;芝麻花生碎适量&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法：将面粉及发酵粉混合，再将白糖，温牛奶及水倒入面粉混合物。我大概揉了45分钟，放入抹了油的容器，盖着发酵大概30分钟。烤箱180度，预热备用。过后拿出来再揉一下， 分割成小面团，发酵五分钟。抹上蛋汁，洒上芝麻花生碎。放入烤箱15分钟或金黄色。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法：起锅热油，放入蒜头姜炒香。加入鸡肉炒干后再以蚝油，酱青及黑酱油略炒一下。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;注入清水盖过鸡肉，加盖小火焖45分钟或鸡肉软嫩。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*爱吃鸡脚的可以加几根进去哦，不过要焖久一点。&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img
